Firearms stolen during Break and Enter

On Sunday September 20th 2026 the Saugeen Shores Police Service responded to a Break and Enter on Bruce Road 17 in the Town of Saugeen Shores which occurred in the early morning between 12:00am and 5:00am. The individual(s) responsible entered a safe containing the several firearms. In addition to the firearms, a Stihl chainsaw, various Milwaukee power tools and batteries and a DeVinci road bicycle were stolen.

 

The following firearms were reported stolen:

 

- Winchester 30.06 bolt action rifle

- .22 calibre bolt action rifle (described as very old, make and model unknown)

- Remington 12-gauge pump action shotgun

- 20-gauge single shot straight barrel shotgun (described as older, make and model unknown)
